Instead we will use a description like  "Football Mom in Virginia".  We do NOT share or sell any of the personal information you provide to us.  We will not even add your name to our email list.

PHOTO / STORY RELEASE:

I hereby grant permission to Cowbell.com to use the photograph or story, or both that I am submitting on its World Wide Web site or in any printed publications  without further consideration due to or from me. I acknowledge Cowbell.com’s right to edit the story or crop or treat my photograph(s) in any manner it may  deem appropriate. I also acknowledge that Cowbell.com may choose not to use my story or photo at this time, but may do so at a later date.  I understand Cowbell.com may discontinue the use of my story or photo(s), or both without  notice.

I understand that any image is posted on the World Wide Web, including Cowbell.com's website may be downloaded and used in any manner, for any purpose whatsoever by any computer user. Therefore, I agree to indemnify and hold Cowbell.com and any and all of its associates, affiliates, heirs and assigns harmless from any and all actions or claims or both by me or anyone on my
behalf.

I have read this release and understand that by agreeing to it I am waiving my rights under the law. I agree that this release and my agreement herein shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
